Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the GoldenSpaceAI website, application, and related services (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You represent that you have legal capacity to accept these Terms and, if you purchase a paid plan, that you are authorised to use the wallet number you submit.

2. The Service

GoldenSpaceAI provides AI-assisted chat. Output is generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete. The Service is not professional legal, medical, or financial advice. You are responsible for your use of any output.

3. Plans and usage limits

Access is provided under the following plans. Each plan lists what it offers — modes you can use, Talk (Live / speak-aloud) time, daily image caps, and document uploads. Users see usage as a percent only. When a mode’s or Talk allowance is used up, that item is hard-stopped; modes and Talk do not borrow from each other. When all usable paid mode allowances are exhausted, the account is moved to Free. Paid periods start when an admin confirms payment, last thirty (30) days, and do not auto-renew. Payment is OMT Pay wallet-to-wallet.

Document/file uploads (text extract path) are unlimited on every plan. Images also count toward a separate daily image count cap (UTC). Talk minutes measure Live and speak-aloud voice time.

Free Fast allowance and all daily image caps reset at the start of each UTC calendar day. Free Talk resets each UTC week. Paid mode allowances and paid Talk apply to the thirty-day paid period that begins on the date we confirm (approve) payment (not the date a request is submitted). Buying again while paid stacks another full allotment for each mode (or the upgrade difference), as shown in the Service. Modes and Talk never borrow across each other.

4. Fees and payment

Paid plans are payable only by OMT Pay wallet-to-wallet transfer in the exact amount of the selected plan. The destination wallet is shown on the Upgrade page only after you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy.

You must submit the wallet number from which payment will be sent and remit the exact plan price from that same number. We do not process cards on the Service and we do not require payment screenshots.

Payment from a third-party wallet is permitted only if that number is the number submitted with the request. One wallet number may hold one active paid plan at a time.

We verify transfers against the submitted number and the exact amount. A matching transfer may be approved. A non-matching transfer may be declined. Confirmation of a valid payment may take one (1) to two (2) working days after the transfer is identified.

5. Renewal and expiry

Paid access does not renew automatically. When the thirty-day period ends, the account returns to the Free plan until a further exact payment is confirmed.

6. Acceptable use

You shall not interfere with the Service, attempt unauthorised access, use the Service for unlawful purposes, circumvent usage limits, or impose an unreasonable load on the Service. We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached or continued use would harm the Service or third parties.

If basic chat is temporarily unavailable and traffic is routed to another mode, we may temporarily reduce or pause basic-chat limits to protect the Service.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including software, design, and branding, is owned by GoldenSpaceAI or its licensors. You retain rights in content you submit and grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to operate the Service.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOLDENSPACEAI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoldenSpaceAI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising out of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the then-current paid period, or USD 15, whichever is lower.

10. Changes

We may amend these Terms, plans, or limits. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance. A paid period already confirmed remains subject to the Terms in force on the confirmation date, except where a change is required by law.

11. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GoldenSpaceAI concerning the Service.
