Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information GoldenSpaceAI (“we”, “us”) collects and how it is used when you use the Service at https://goldenspaceai.space. It should be read together with our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
1. What we collect
- Device identifier — a client-generated id stored in your browser (local storage) so we can keep your chat list and apply plan usage limits. It is not a government ID.
- Chat messages and attachments you send — processed to operate the chat Service (generate replies and optionally store chat history for you).
- OMT Pay wallet number — only when you submit a paid-plan payment request on the Upgrade page, so we can match your transfer and bind a plan.
- Technical logs — ordinary server logs (for example request times, error codes, IP as seen by the host) used for reliability and abuse prevention.
We do not require payment screenshots. We do not ask for card numbers on the Service.
2. How we use information
- To provide AI chat replies and remember your chats on this device id.
- To enforce plan limits and process manual OMT Pay upgrades.
- To secure the Service and diagnose outages.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. AI providers and hosting
The Service is hosted on Render. Chat content is sent to AI providers needed to generate replies, including OpenAI and/or xAI (Grok), according to the mode you select and provider availability. Those providers process content under their own terms and policies.
4. Retention
Chat history tied to your device id and payment-request records are kept as needed to operate the Service and verify plans. You may clear local browser data; server-side history for that device id may remain until deleted or rotated as part of normal operations.
5. Cookies and local storage
We use browser local storage for your device id and chat UI state. An admin session cookie may be set only on the admin page after a correct passkey.
6. Children
The Service is not directed at children who lack legal capacity to agree to the Terms. Do not use the Service if you cannot agree to them.
7. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
