All payments to GoldenSpaceAI are securely processed through our cryptocurrency gateway partners such as NowPayments. We do not directly store your card details or private wallet keys.

2. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if:

• You have unused Golden tokens (G) remaining in your account.
• You cancel a subscription before the next billing period.
• You experience a technical issue that prevented successful use of a paid feature.
• You request a refund within 7 days of your payment.

3. Refund Method

Approved refunds are sent in the same currency used for purchase (for example, USDT-TRC20, BTC, or LTC). If you request otherwise, we can offer an equivalent refund in another supported crypto upon agreement.

4. Refund Process

• Refunds are reviewed and processed within 3–5 business days.
• You will receive confirmation once the refund transaction is completed.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

• Golden tokens that were already used or redeemed for services.
• Refund requests made after more than 7 days from purchase.
• Refunds for promotional or bonus Golden credited for free.

6. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your paid subscription anytime from your account dashboard. Cancellation prevents future charges. If you cancel early, you may request a proportional refund for any unused days in your current billing cycle.
